[IMPLEMENTED] Suggestions

1. since the host (red player) has to input mode at start, that makes him to start playing like 1 second after the rest of the players, risking to be hooked by the opposite player (green).

my suggestion is; to add a countdown at the beginning of the game, so all players start at the same time.



2. also, i am suggesting for the scoreboard to be closed when the game starts.
and preferably add a shortcut for open/close current scoreboard with key , lets say ESC (escape)



3. about the new reveal cost thing, i think it would be better to increase the cost as time passes, like every 5 minutes of play increase cost by 5 gold, unlike now,
the reveal isnt used that much in the begining, and with the cost its silly... as game advances, we get gold easier and cost wont matter much, so 5 gold is far too low.

if you ask me this should go the other way around, from lower cost to higher

rofl you forgot to add
like 1 second after the rest of the players-noobs
its problem only for beginners, another know this "secret" and always use him or prepare for avoid
About cost of reveal, at beginning wards and reveal unavailing(slow hooks),
they most needed at middle(at late hooks have good radius)to controlling the enemy mines or for easy kill Very Happy

I agree. However, it shouldn't be too long, perhaps 3 seconds. An audio countdown would also be nice (like the Battle.net tick).

Also agreed. I find that I never look at the scoreboard. This is probably because the game is fast-paced so I never take the time to examine the board. I would much like the Escape short-cut to open/close the scoreboard.

This suggestion has been implemented: there will be a 5 second delay before the game starts when the host types the mode in.

Isn't the scoreboard closed when the game starts? I do remember adding this in a previous version. I'll probably add a scoreboard shortcut in the next update (if it ever comes).

I never really used Reveal in the later stages of the game. High radius hook means it is easy to hit a target. It is my thought that Reveal loses it's usefulness as the game progresses.

Razz I use this "secret" when I play ^.^ I will get ready to hook enemy position or evade as soon as mode started.

I've added the Abomination's "KILL!" sound when the countdown reaches zero :3
