Grapple Hook Radius Cap?

Grapple Hook is hard to use when your radius level is high. You end up hitting something behind you, or something you don't want to. So I was thinking of adding a radius cap, of say 250? 250 provides enough radius to grapple onto the desired structure and higher isn't exactly a benefit if you can't grapple onto what you want.

Maximum radius currently is 475. I haven't put much thought into the specific number, 250 is because I thought it'd be decent enough to not miss it's target but still be large enough.

Wow, 475 is quite big! I rate 250 would be fine. Perhaps the increment per upgrade should be reduced?

Yeeeeah. I always don't like this when you with a big hook radius can't get to the opposite bank of the river! It's enrage me! It would be good fix.
Also I have one suggestion about Grappling Hook. Increase distance of ulti blink. It should be enough to teleport to the opposite bank of the river (from the brink of the one bank to the brink of the opposite bank). Why? Because there is no reason to level up hook more than twice.

What is the current range of blink?

Radius? I think now it's about 300. This is enough only for blink in a river from brink of the bank. So range should be 650 or 700 or about that.

Hmmm, 300 is quite small. Perhaps 500 or 600 because the map is also quite small.

well for this i have something in mind that will completely change the use of the grappling hook

first of all the radius for this one is to be capped at a smaller size, too big is not good.

second, i suggest to tweak the grapple hook, as so:
should be buyable only once, after that it can be upgraded with points earned from killing and levelup, like having 2 extra stat spells, 1 for decreasing the cooldown , until reached the minimum (2 seconds)(5 levels=total cost of 15 points),
and the second stat, for the radius (max 220)(each level 20 radius increase, for total cost of 28 points, 7 levels)

What is a point of making so many changes to the item which is used 10 times less than the hook and isn't always needed as the basic item?
