Item bug Empty Item bug

I dropped an item to upgrade another, than i got killed before i could pick it up again. After revive i tried and couldn't, it said (You cant pickup enemy leavers items). FIX IT.

this happened just around 29-30 minutes

replay



and i know i can upgrade without dropping items (full inventory)
