Ghost Forums?

I feel as though this place is ghost forum and that everyone has died. Where are the people!? People register, but they do nothing. I must also ask how often Pudge Wars is played and how it competes with other maps. Blah blah, and again, where are people?

(A bit of hypocrisy going on, since I tend to go on random periods of inactivity and do nothing )

I must admit I don't play much, probably because my internet connection is bad and the bots get stuck.

Yeah, I'll have to poke the AI script a bit now that a switch mode is added, hopefully I can make movement better for them.

It's all DotA LoD and Legion TD, and DotA Imba it seems for the room I play in. Pudge Wars still remains a bit played, but not as much as the others

People shouldn't play v2.01, it is a terrible version for many reasons. One being the hook is too unsmooth, many bugs, and lag.

Yeah, I'd say v1.24 would be the most stable. Maybe I should just edit that, fix all of its bugs (I know many) and just release that as the official v1.25.

v2.03 should be the least bugged by far

If u really want this .... better called 1.24 final or something like this(1.24 many times ago has fakes like 1.25 and 1.26 fake and 2.50 )

Good point. People can just release a v1.24 Final fake version as well, but yeah, I'll make it Final so people know that its the fixed final version by Tossrock. Although it shouldn't be too much work, do you really think I should do it? I don't have access to an unprotected v1.24, so I'd probably just remove all v2+ content from my current version of work it from the "master copy" Tossrock sent.

Nah, I don't even think it would be intended for promoting some clan. The map author was placed as M15T3R1U5. I associate that name with cheatpacks. The map does indeed have cheats, when I opened the code,

string Activator="-M15T3R1U5 GG"

If you try typing that in, and then maybe -kill or -gold 1000 =)

I don't. I always play last version. I know that sometimes powerups may cause lagging, but bugs... Are there any bugs in the game? Hoh.

Siraraz, how about to add the mode -da (DotA Allstars)? This mode would based on -ho (Hook Only) — you have only Meat Hook and you can't upgrade it and buy any items, but also hook would work like in DotA (cast time, no ricochets, hook has speed from DotA). Also you can reach only 14 level (4 levels of Meat Hook and 10 attribute bonus lvls).
It might be great gamemode for training Meat Hook for DotA Pudge. ^_^

Well it'd have to be after I receive the map from Tossrock and when I have some spare time.

I'm not working on the map anymore. But I know there are a few other Pudge Wars that use that style of meat hook.

I call other Pudge Wars maps "fakes". For me PWA is the best and true one. =)

Pudge Wars Advanced really is the best and true one; the most advanced. Tossrock did a great job on it, so kudos to him. The way the objects in PWA interact, etc. appeared to me as just epic when I first played it. No other version can really come close to it, can they?

Of course they can't. PWA is my favorite map after DotA
